Businesses can also use AI for chatbot purposes; a chatbot is an AI whose job it is to act like a human in a text interface, like a text message, and have a conversation with them. This could be used for tech-support on businesses’ websites, or in a question form.

As a business, data can change very quickly. AI can track all of those changes and ensure that any conclusions based on that data is accurate and current.
CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS
AI can be used by a business to have the best customer interactions. AI can review data from the customer and provide relevant information that will help make the interactions with customers feel more natural.
